Story Time
In a small village in Africa, there was a school with no electricity. Children read books by candlelight at night. On cloudy days, there was no light at all.
Then one day, a team of engineers arrived. They carried large black panels on their trucks. The villagers had never seen anything like them.
"These panels drink sunlight," explained the lead engineer. "And sunlight is free."
Over the next few weeks, the panels were installed on the school roof. Thirty panels. One by one, they faced the sky like little sun-chasers.
On the first day the system was switched on, the children gasped. Light flooded every classroom. A small fan began to spin. Someone turned on a radio.
Now the children could study after sunset. They could charge their tablets. They could even watch educational videos.
The school became the brightest place in the whole village. And every ray of that light came from the sun — clean, quiet, and endless.
